Union Green is served by Brownsburg Community School Corporation, which includes Lincoln Elementary School, Brownsburg East Middle School, and Brownsburg High School. Can Residents break their lease? Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice. Do you require a credit check? Yes, Union Green and all other J.C. Hart living communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process. Do you charge a fee to apply? Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new lease. Do you offer special discounts for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C.
